Phase Two is returning to Friday Night Dinners at the Club on Friday week, 6 December - with a special, Christmas themed dinner served from 6pm to 8pm, as follows:
- Herb crusted Barramundi with Roast Vegetables and a lemon beurre blanc sauce - $33
- Roast Lamb with roasted potatoes and pumpkin, honey carrots and gravy - $33
- Festive Cous Cous stuffed butternut squash with cranberries and spices - $26
- Kids - Roast Lamb with veggies and gravy - $16.50
- Dessert - Christmas Pavlova with fresh berries, cream and passionfruit syrup - $12
